How does it work?

Our platform sits between the application process and a typical applicant tracking system. This allows us to quickly integrate with most processes because we capture top candidates BEFORE they even hit your system.

For organizations that don't have a robust talent acquisition process, we operate as a full lightweight solution for talent management from identification through promotions.

Instead of cumbersome and outdated webforms that rely on individuals spending an hour or more answering questions and uploading customized resumes, our platform uses the individual profile to apply to the role. Any gaps in their profile become clear during the analysis portion of the process. 

Candidates will be informed if they are lacking a certification, missing experience or otherwise unqualified. The candidate can then take the initiative to better describe their experience, gather third party evidence, and demonstrate those skills in response to the requirements. Each candidate will have different examples and loaded evidence, all of which will be used to gauge fitness, and rank the applicants accordingly.

Because users can only have one profile, and that profile is continuously evaluated, the user's true strengths and motivations are nearly impossible to hide, leading to applicants that truly fit the role, instead of people that can just fake a really good resume.

The ease of application is only useful when applicants dedicate the time to improve themselves and their profile. But they only have to do it one place, instead of 15 times for 15 roles. No more losing top candidates just because your application process was too heavy handed.

  • We will set up your business account and add members to the account
  • Begin using the platform to craft roles, and have candidates apply to jobs using the LifeWork platform.
  • Interested candidates will generate a robust profile and enhance it with details and evidence.
  • As candidates apply, you will see the real time results of your effort, and be able to craft the role more effectively, in real time.
  • Reach out to matching candidates and screen them to validate the matching criteria.
  • Provide feedback, and create interview stages to formalize the process, or pull them into your exisiting ATS once they have passed the screen.
  • You only pay for success, and we will never charge to host a role on our site. A small monthly maintenance fee will cover all registered users (no per-seat license- only pay for what you use!).
How is this different from other platforms?

Most other platforms will talk about their database of millions of users, or how your job will get thousands of applicants,

We focus on quality over quantity.

All of our profiles are real, and tied to an active user.. No alt accounts. No fake profiles. When a LifeWork explorer applies to a role, it is with intent and authenticity. Candidates that score below average are notified, and many will remove themselves from consideration, and those that do not will simply remain towards the bottom of the list.

It will be different at first to see fewer applicants, until you realize that each one of the applicants that you get is prepared and ready for a conversation.
